Aanchal’s Art is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding holidays).

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service conditions.

3. Shipping Method

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across Bangladesh.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on location and product type:

  • Inside Dhaka :  [ 90tk ]
  • Sub-urban Dhaka : [ 120tk ]
  • Outside Dhaka : [ 150tk ]

Shipping fees will be informed during order confirmation if applicable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in selected areas. Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact information for smooth delivery.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service delays

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be shared with the customer once the order is shipped.

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

শিপিং পলিসি 

আঁচল'স আর্ট গ্রাহকদের দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদ ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

১. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয় (ছুটির দিন ব্যতীত)।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়

আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–৩ দিন

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ দিন

৩. কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস

নির্ভরযোগ্য থার্ড-পার্টি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

৪. শিপিং চার্জ

শিপিং চার্জ এলাকা ও পণ্যের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে:

  • ঢাকা মধ্যে : [ ৯০টাকা ]
  • সাব-উরবান ঢাকা : [ ১২০ টাকা ]
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: [ ১৫০ টাকা]

৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা রয়েছে। সঠিক ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।

৬. ডেলিভারি দেরি

নিম্নলিখিত কারণে ডেলিভারি দেরি হতে পারে:

  • কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে

  • প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা আবহাওয়ার কারণে

  • সরকারি ছুটির কারণে

৭. ট্র্যাকিং

ট্র্যাকিং সুবিধা থাকলে শিপমেন্টের পর গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।

৮. ভুল ঠিকানা

ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা দেওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
