All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed through approved methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
4. Product Information
We aim to display product details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to photography or screen settings.
5. Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are only accepted under conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact us within the specified time frame.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers agree not to misuse our website or services. Any fraudulent activity will result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

পরিষেবা শর্তাবলী
আঁচল'স আর্ট এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজ ব্যবহার করে বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে শর্তগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।
১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
আমরা যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো ব্যক্তিকে সেবা প্রদান থেকে বিরত রাখার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। সব পণ্য ও সেবা স্টক অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য।
২. অর্ডার
অর্ডার করার সময় আপনি সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করছেন তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না, যদি না আমাদের অনুমতি থাকে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত। আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখি। পেমেন্ট করা যাবে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে।
৪. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে ছবি ও বাস্তব পণ্যের মধ্যে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
৫. ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভারি সময় স্থান ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। কুরিয়ার দেরির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৬. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
গ্রাহকরা আমাদের সেবা অপব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। কোনো প্রতারণামূলক কাজ করলে অর্ডার বাতিল ও আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৯. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। পরিবর্তন প্রকাশের সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর হবে।
